Eligibility for Exchange
- Exchanges are only accepted if:
- You received a wrong or defective product.
- The size doesn’t fit you.
- The exchange request must be raised within 12 hours of receiving the delivery.

Shipping Charges for Exchange

Size Exchange Policy
- Please refer to our size chart carefully before placing an order.
- If the size doesn’t fit, let us know within 12 hours of delivery.
- Exchange is applicable on all products .
In Case Item is Unavailable
- If the required exchange item is out of stock, we’ll issue store credit.
- Store credits are valid for 3 months from the date of issue.
- You can use it anytime on our store.
Packaging Condition
- Products must be:
- Unused
- With original tags and packaging intact
- Only such products are accepted for exchange.
Note on Unboxing Videos
- We recommend recording a video while opening your package.
- This helps us quickly verify and resolve any issues like damage or missing items.
- No unboxing video = No approval for defective/damaged claims.
