  • Prepaid Only: We accept prepaid digital payments via UPI and all major cards. Cash on Delivery (COD) is not available.

  • Payment Issues: Orders are confirmed only after full payment is received.

Shipping & Delivery

  • Dispatch Timeline: Orders are dispatched within 1–3 business days.

  • Delivery Time: Delivery takes 5–7 business days, depending on your location.

  • Delivery Partners: We use trusted courier services and share tracking information upon dispatch.

  • Shipping Charges: Shipping charges (if any) are shown at checkout. Sometimes we offer free shipping.

  • Address Accuracy: Please ensure your shipping address is correct — we cannot modify it after your order is placed.

  • Delays: Rare delays may occur due to unforeseen issues. We'll notify you if this happens.

Cancellations & Order Changes

  • No Cancellations or Changes: Orders cannot be cancelled or changed after placement. Please double-check your cart before confirming.

  • Order Cancellation by Us: In rare cases (e.g., out-of-stock items), we may cancel your order and issue a full refund.

Returns & Exchanges

  • All Sales Final: We do not accept returns or exchanges unless there's a defect or mistake on our end.

  • Defective or Wrong Item: Contact us within 7 days of delivery with photos and order details. We’ll arrange a replacement or refund as needed.

  • No Returns Otherwise: Please review product descriptions and size guides before placing your order.
